WEB / WEBSITES FOR BUSINESS

Business website Fast and accessible under Standard 5568

We build a static site that loads fast even on mobile, and register the domain and hosting in your company's name.

Control of your domain and email Security, backup and SSL certificate Supporting businesses since 2008

The site is managed together with the rest of your IT

The same team that runs your servers, email and backup builds the site, secures it and maintains it. The site sits on the same domain as your email, with the same records and the same backup.

What to check

What goes into building a business website

These are the four stages every website provider should cover. Before you sign, ask who is responsible for each stage and who holds the access.

01. Design

Design determines how the business looks to visitors and what needs to be developed next. Your designer handles this stage, and we make sure the source files stay with you.

  • A visual language that fits your brand
  • Pages that are easy to use on desktop and mobile

02. Development and build

At this stage the design becomes code. It is important to settle in advance where the code lives, who backs it up and who gets the passwords at the end of the project. We document the answers and give you a copy.

  • Fast, stable code
  • Compliance with accessibility and security standards

03. Content

After the build, someone in the office will update the pages. It pays to write them in your customers' language, using the words they search for on Google. The login for updating the site is protected by a strong password and two-factor authentication.

  • Pages that are easy to update and expand
  • Writing aimed at both your customer and Google

04. Google ranking

Google ranks sites by content, speed and reliability. A hacked site or an expired SSL certificate damages rankings that took months to build. That is why we monitor your website's infrastructure like the rest of your systems.

  • A solid technical foundation for search engines
  • Ongoing monitoring of uptime and certificates
Why it matters

Who's responsible for each part of the site

Work on a website continues after it goes live: updates, backups, domain and certificate renewals. A business website relies on design, development and promotion, and on the infrastructure underneath them.

If you have a studio, it can keep handling design, build and promotion. The infrastructure underneath is held by MO-TECH, together with the rest of the company's IT.

  • Design. How your business looks on desktop and mobile.
  • Development. Fast, stable code that is easy to update.
  • SEO. Content and technical structure optimized for Google search.

Let's get started

A new business website: fast, accessible to Standard 5568 and ready for Google

A static site in several languages, with SEO from day one. On the call we will also check whose name the domain is registered in and where the site is hosted.

Seven checks for an existing business website

These are the seven checks we run on every new client's website. You can go through them yourself in a few minutes:

  • Domain ownership. Registered in the company's name, with account access, an email address you control and auto-renewal turned on.
  • DNS and email records. The website and email sit on the same domain. Deleting a single record during a site migration stops email for the entire office.
  • Hosting and backup. Who backs up the site, where to, how long a restore takes and when a restore was last tested.
  • SSL certificate. Renews automatically and is monitored. When a certificate expires, the browser shows visitors a security warning instead of the site.
  • Updates and plugins. Every plugin is code from an outside developer running on your site. A plugin that no longer gets updates should be removed or replaced.
  • Accessibility and privacy. An accessibility statement and a privacy page that explains where the details from the form go. In Israel, accessibility is required by law.
  • Speed. Reasonably sized images and speed tests on a phone, over a cellular network.

We take care of every one of these items as part ofmanaged IT services, and we document who holds what: domain, hosting, passwords, certificates. Even if you switch studios, access stays with you. You can read more in ourArticle on business websites, infrastructure and security.

FAQ

Business website FAQ

Who should own the business domain?
The business itself. The domain should be registered in the company's name, with an email address you control. If it's registered to a designer or a hosting provider, any transfer depends on them.
Do you build websites?
Yes. We build company and content websites for businesses: a static site that loads fast, accessible under the Israeli standard, with SEO and security built in. If you have a designer or studio, we'll work with them directly and build to their design. The domain, hosting, backup and email are registered in the company's name.
Is a WordPress site secure?
It depends on maintenance. Plugins that aren't updated are a well-known weak spot in WordPress sites. You need regular updates, strong passwords, two-factor authentication for admin access and a backup that sits outside the site's server. We can take on that maintenance.
The site is down, who handles it?
If the site is hosted with us, we handle it within the response times in the agreement. Monitoring checks certificates, storage space and errors after updates, and alerts us when something is off.
Can a domain change take down the company's email?
Yes. An MX or authentication record that gets deleted during a site migration stops email for every employee. That's why domain changes are best made by whoever manages both the website and the email.
What the build includes

How we build a business website

We build a static site: pages prepared in advance and served directly to the visitor, with few components that need updating.

Fast loading

The site is served as static pages from an edge network, so it loads fast even on a phone with a weak connection. We measure load times and show you the results.

Accessibility to standard 5568

Compliance with Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA: contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text, an accessibility statement and an accessibility widget. Accessibility is required by law.

Ready for Google

A clean URL structure, titles and descriptions for every page, structured data, a sitemap and redirects from the old addresses, so you do not lose what Google already knows.

Website security

HTTPS with automatic renewal, form protection, a backup of the site itself and separation between site management and your other systems. The admin passwords are kept only by you and by us.

Content writing

We help write the pages in your customers' language. The first draft is written with AI and then edited by a person.

A site in several languages

If you also address English, Russian or Arabic speakers, the site is built for several languages from the start, with separate addresses and correct hreflang tagging for Google. This very site is built that way.
