Every computer that comes into the lab is diagnosed, and you get a fixed price before we start the repair.

Laptops

We repair laptops from every manufacturer, hardware and software, including older models whose parts are hard to find.

Screens and display

Computer repair FAQ

How long does a repair take in the lab?
It depends on the problem. We tell you the repair time after the diagnosis, along with the price. If a part needs to be ordered, the timing depends on supply and you'll know that in advance.
How much does a diagnosis cost, and what if we decide not to repair?
After the check we tell you what the problem is and what the repair costs, and you decide whether to go ahead. No work is done without your approval.
Do you pick up the computer from home or the office?
Yes, anywhere in Gush Dan, and we bring it back after the repair. You can also bring the computer in yourself by appointment.
Liquid spilled on the computer, what do we do now?
Turn it off right away and unplug it. Don't switch it on to check whether it works, and bring it to us as fast as you can. The liquid keeps causing damage even when the computer is off.
Can you recover files from a drive that won't read?
In many cases, yes. Before anything else, we first try to recover the data. A drive with severe physical damage needs a specialist recovery lab, and we will tell you that at the diagnosis stage.
Is it worth repairing a 5-year-old computer or buying a new one?
It depends on the problem and what the computer needs to do. Sometimes an SSD and extra memory are enough for a few more years at low cost, and sometimes buying a new computer makes more sense. After the diagnosis we'll tell you what's worth it.
