IT services For your business

What IT services for a business include, and how to choose a provider and plan that fit you.

Microsoft Partner in Israel In business since 2008 Binding, signed SLA

IT services for a business include the hardware, software, communications and day-to-day operations. They all have to work together so employees can do their jobs.

At MO-TECH we manage IT and information security for companies, As a Microsoft Partner since 2008. Today we work in four areas: managed IT services, information security, equipment at importer prices and AI consulting.

Which IT services you get with us

You can take all of the services or just some of them. This is what we actually do:

  • Network management. We plan, install, maintain and monitor the office network.
  • Hardware supply. Laptops, desktops, servers, network gear, monitors and printers at importer prices. We choose the equipment with you, install it and configure it. It comes with an official importer warranty and one point of contact after the purchase.
  • Ongoing maintenance. Scheduled hardware and software maintenance, updates and ongoing monitoring that catches problems before they stop work.
  • Repair services. Technicians in Gush Dan, remote support nationwide and a computer repair lab, whether the issue is in one computer or the whole system.
  • Information security. Protection for workstations, servers and email, a firewall and ransomware and phishing protection, as part of every service we provide.
  • Project planning, management and delivery. Setting up servers and networks or moving to the cloud, from planning through handover.

Full IT management or a single area

The engagement depends on the size of your business and the services you need. You can have us manage all of your IT on a monthly retainer at a fixed cost, or bring us in for a single area, such as information security or backup.

Response times are written into the contract

When the system goes down, employees can't work until someone deals with the issue. That's why it's worth checking response times before you choose a provider.

Our response times are written into the contract you sign: Every request answered within 10 minutes, and A critical outage is handled within 30 minutes.

How to choose the right IT provider

Before you sign a contract, ask the provider what the response times are and whether they're written into the contract, whether the service includes ongoing monitoring, who handles information security and who's responsible for backups. We go through these questions with you in the IT and security assessment.
